1.    Flying branch: In the Flying Branch, the girls become the Air Warrior. Age Criteria for this post is (19 to 23 years) in this the duty of girls is to fly transport Aircraft or also the Helicopters. For applying this post you must have the Graduation Degree in Any Discipline from A well Recognized University with minimum 60% marks.

2.    Technical Branch: If you are an Engineering Student then you can apply for the Technical Branch. For this position, the Age Criteria is 18 to 28 years. These are two types of technical Services who comes under this.

•    Aeronautical Engineer (Mechanical)

•    Aeronautical Engineer (Electrical)

3>    Non-AFCAT Entry: Meteorology Branch: In this entry, candidates are short-listed and called for SSB interviews at Air Force Selection Boards. Age group in this entry is 20 to 25 years and 27 years for PhD candidates. To be eligible for this entry candidates must be having a Postgraduate degree in any science stream / Maths / Statistics / Geography / CS / EVS / Physics / Geophysics etc. with minimum 50% aggregate and have scores 55% marks both in Maths and Physics at graduation level. Final year students can also apply for it.
